Job Description : We are looking an experienced hands on Head Chef to join our existing team. Your main responsibility will be the management and running of the kitchen, ensuring your team stay motivated and all food is prepared to the highest standard to our members, hotel guest and functions.Other duties include:- Recruiting and training new team members- Leading their team by example- Stock control- Forecasting and budgets- Strict adherence to food safety- Strict adherence to health and safety- Rotas- Managing the teams performance- Overall responsible for food presentationOur clubs offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere, are set in beautiful locations and have an inspiring mix of facilities.
