Minimum qualifications:
MBA, Master’s degree, or equivalent practical experience
13 years of experience with leadership in marketing or consulting or equivalent project management experience for a technology company
Experience leading projects across multiple teams
Experience managing executive stakeholders in a business
Preferred qualifications:
Experience leading a significant digital transformation within a large marketing organization
Experience in people management, with the ability to be an inspiring leader, work across teams to drive maximum impact, and mentor team members
Ability to build relationships with C- level advertisers, agencies, and research/creative agencies, with a good understanding of Indian marketers and agencies
Ability to build collaborative partnerships with external partners
Entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to work in a highly dynamic environment
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment
About the job
Whether you’re on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product’s journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the representation of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you’ll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
As a Marketing Leader for the Ads Marketing (Large Customers Marketing) team for Google India, you will be a business leader, shaping the future of many of our critical business initiatives to drive ads business growth and thought leadership in India at this pivotal time of accelerated digitization in the country. You will craft the direction and strategy of existing and developing initiatives and be accountable for achieving clear and measurable impact. You’ll conceptualize and execute business generating efforts through effective and results-focused marketing campaigns that demonstrate the company’s innovation and credibility, and drive advertiser perception. You’ll work in a complex, fast-paced environment leading a high performing team. You will be accountable to various executive stakeholders and will need to drive cross-functional collaboration across various work streams (e.g., Sales, Public Relations, Policy, Product Managers, and Regional and Global teams). Leading these high impact initiatives, you’ll work with multiple partners and agencies, inspiring them and helping them create some of their best work.

Responsibilities
Set the roadmap and direction for business marketing in India and communicate across key stakeholders within and outside Google.
Define and execute the B2B marketing strategy for Google’s advertising solutions in partnership with Sales, Public Relations, and global teams, aligning with overall Google objectives.
Manage and lead a high performing team, fostering a culture of growth and development.
Plan, project manage, and execute high impact programs from campaigns to events to drive business growth, product awareness, adoption, and thought leadership, and play a key role in cross-functional project teams.
Lead country-level strategic planning, goal setting, budget management, and reporting for Ads Marketing.
