Job Description : REMOTE BASED ROLE – Candidates must reside in Yorkshire & Humber regionOur client is an educational provider seeking to recruit a Head of Adult Skills & Education to work within the Yorkshire/Humber region to raise educational aspirations in the local community!In this exciting Regional Director Community Adult Education role, you will play an active role in shaping the educational policy and direction in your region as well as inspire a dedicated team.Working in a supportive culture with a great deal of autonomy, you will as Head of Adult Skills & Education : Lead key strategic relationships with stakeholders across the region e.g. employers, LEP’s, Chamber of Commerce etcBe responsible for the delivery of a vibrant regional curriculum offerLead the delivery of a region-wide business development strategyManage a regional budget and associated fundingInspire and empower your staff etc across the regionEnsure that student numbers and financial targets etc are deliveredDeliver an excellent learner experienceTo be successful you may have experience working in an FE college, local government or other training provider etc. operating at a senior level managing resources and working with external stakeholders.You must have a passion for making a difference to your community and reside in the Yorkshire/Humber region. You do not however need to be a qualified teacher as we are looking for the ability to deliver strategically through others but you must have a good understanding/awareness of the Adult Educational landscape.This is a remote based role with travel in the Yorkshire/Humber region.In return you will be working with a passionate team and be making a tremendous difference to your local community!Stakeholder pension 4.5%33 days holiday plus bankLife cover 2 x salaryEAP schemeRemote equipment and travel expensesJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £48,500.00-£56,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to Friday
