Job Description
Your responsibilities will predominantly lie in the upskilling of the finance team, preparation of management information and reports for the Board,adherence and adjusting of a 5-year business plan, completion of statutory accounts and creation / improvement of internal controls. Your role however will be broad and ever-changing to meet the demands of a business.

The Successful Applicant
Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role
Commercial mind set
Experience in financial forecasts, budgeting and financial accounts management
Strong financial reporting, accounting, and analytical skills
Hands on, pro-active approach and strive to excellence
Excellent communication skills and able to communicate effectively with different levels
Team management and effective team coordination skills
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
Previous experience working within manufacturing would be desirable
Experience of Sage200 accounting software would also be advantageous
Experience in rapid growth SME or larger organisation focused on growth
What’s on Offer
Salary – £60,000 – £75,000
