Job Description : THIS JOB IS FOR UK RESIDENCE ONLY…Your new company DEPENDABLE 24HOURS LIMITEDWe are healthcare recruitment agency and currently recruiting for an experience, Nurses, Seniors, Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants to help deliver exceptional care and support to our large care provider that has homes nationwide.This role offers up to £13 an hour for support workers, HCA, and £25 nurses. We are currently looking for workers who can cover the following areas, London, Newcastle, Portsmouth, Southampton, Leicester, Birmingham, Reading, Coventry, Exeter, Exmouth, Christchurch, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Torquay, Evesham, Honiton, Axminster, Reading, Woking, Hertfordshire, Walsall, Barnstaple, Ilfracombe, Tiverton, and Teignmouth.Your new role As a Support Worker / HCA, your job is to provide a consistent level of care and support to people with complex needs and challenging behaviours. You will assist service users with the development of new skills, supporting the development of daily living activities and by supporting them to live as full a life as possible. You will also be required to assist with personal care duties including feeding, bathing, washing, and dressing.What you’ll need to succeed, you will be a kind, cheerful, hardworking, and caring individual who enjoys making a difference to people’s lives. You must have at least 3 months experience working with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, supported living, and Care Homes settings and have a strong understanding of the Autism spectrum as well as Challenging Behaviours and complex needs. Full UK driving license is essential, Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care is an advantage.
