We can offer full or part time post.Our aim is to provide our residents with the highest standard of care in a relaxed friendly environment, and to ensure all our residents receive care that is appropriate to their needs focusing on dignity and respect.We are looking for someone:To encourage and help promote quality of life as identified in their personal care plan.Assist with tasks such as washing, bathing, toileting, eating and some light cleaning duties.With a naturally caring approach and a passion for helping people maintain their dignity and independence.Someone who is respectful, courteous, compassionate and who’s belief is giving their personal best at all times.With good communication skills to be able to interact with residents, healthcare professionals and colleagues. Be able to work in a team.Who is reliable and flexible.Previous experience is preferred but not essential, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent preferred however not essential as full training will be provided.
