Job Description : Work as a key member of the People and Culture team in the provision of outstanding HR advice and HR administrative support to the business.

About the role
As our new HR Administrator, you will join a fun and dedicated People & Culture team focused on providing outstanding advice and support to the organisation. You will work alongside a second HR Administrator to provide high quality guidance and advice to employees and managers on the application of all People and Culture policies and processes. With responsibility for assisting with the full suite of HR administrative tasks across the complete employee lifecycle, this role will provide you with a great opportunity to grow your HR experience and career.

This role will be offered on a fixed term, 12-month contract.

Skills and experience

Previous experience of working in HR administration
An ability to work at pace and manage competing demands
An approach to HR that reflects a strong service focus
A keen eye for detail with the ability to use your initiative and identify solutions
Adaptable to new tasks, processes and able learn systems quickly
