Job Description : Meta is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support dedicated business and functional teams across APAC. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to help these organizations grow successfully and assist to cultivate an amazing and innovative culture. The ideal candidate will bring creative and effective ideas & solutions to growing organizations. This is a full-time role based out of our Singapore site.

HR Business Partner – APAC Partnerships Responsibilities:

Partner with the leadership teams and develop a solid understanding of the strategic goals of the teams and from that provide strategic business partnership & coaching to managers and leaders
Manage and facilitate organizational design and development, leadership coaching, and team building that support change and growth
Coach managers and help them drive effective career conversations, develop their teams by educating them on the Meta career framework, tools and provide guidance on career plans/training plans based on individual goals and the goals of the group and/or geography
Execute on talent management strategies to support a team’s growth and individual development plans
Proactively assess team, manager, organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate key HR processes in close partnership with people managers (e.g. performance cycle, employee engagement survey action planning etc.)
Integrate and partner with regional & global People@ leaders & teams in People Operations, Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions and help scale the business solutions
Focus relentlessly on scaling our culture across the organization as part of our sustained growth plans
Partner closely with global & regional HR partners on strategy and execution
Work closely with our Employee Relations Partners, supporting employee relations issues as needed
Participate and lead projects as an integral member of the extended HR community

Minimum Qualifications:

10+ years experience in a HR Business Partner or equivalent role
Demonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business
Demonstrates project management and change management experience
Effective communication and problem solving skills
Demonstrated empathy and experience driving inclusion work
Experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teams
Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
Experience helping global and/or matrixed organizations scale

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in high growth environment (preferably in a technology, or high-tech organization)
Working in start-up environment
BA/BS degree preferred
