Job Description : HR Admin Responsibilities: — Drafting and placing support job adverts for recruitment, sourcing job descriptions and coordinating with shortlisting and interviews.- Assist in staff training and development activities- Following shortlisting, invite successful candidates to interview and notify those not shortlisted.- Maintaining attendance records.- Keeping track of regular latecomers- Effective coordination with employees and maintaining the leave data- Keeping, maintaining and updating of personal file / records of employees, job descriptions, increment and renewal of employment contract.- To provide a range of administrative support functions to the HR, for example prepare appointment letters, offer letters, contracts of employment and variance letters etc.- Opening Employee salary A/C with Bank.- Responsible for the exit process and Full and Final Settlement in the Firm.Administration: – Handling all general and important work related to the office administration- Ensuring timely closure of all issues/escalations raised by Employees/vendors for smooth functioning of admin department.- Coordinating and actively participating in Employee Engagement, Employee welfare activities, Fun hours, Birthday bash etc.- Ensuring smooth functioning of allied teams like Front Desk, Vendor etc dealing and taking necessary approvals as per requirement.-Assisting in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies and maintaining track of the same.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftExperience:HR: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Application Deadline: 20/03/2022
