About Our Client
Our client is building a B2B commerce marketplace app which brings retailers and manufacturers on one platform. They are looking for a Director of HR to help streamline the HR team, structure, and policies.

Job Description

Reporting into the founder, you will be responsible for the following:

Head the entire HR gamut for the start-up in India
Support in recruiting for the company as they are looking to double the employee base
Lead a team of 5 people who are in HR generalist role; and work on setting the HR team
Well-rounded HR-BP who can manage the entire gamut of HR including hiring, culture building, performance management, leadership development etc.
Build on the existing HR-MS (ZOHO)

The Successful Applicant
Tier 1 or 2 colleges (XLRI, TISS, SCMHRD, MDI, IMT, NMIMS, XIMB, IMI, SIBM)
5-6 years minimum work experience
Someone with a mix of experience in a startup and structured organisation
Excellent stakeholder management skills
