Human Resources develops and executes successful recruiting programs, learning and expertise-development initiatives, strategic staffing assignments, effective reporting and analytics, performance management processes, and work-life benefits and operations.
Job Description
To support the dynamic, fast-paced growth of the company, ZS is expanding its dedicated Planning and People Science team. We seek an experienced reporting and analytics professional to join our Pune, India Enterprise group. The ideal candidate will join a growing team of HR analysts responsible for building self-service reports/dashboards, conducting ad hoc analyses, and ensuring data integrity in our suite of systems.
Responsibilities:
Become a ZS People ‘data expert’ by developing an in-depth understanding of our processes, systems, and reporting functionalities;
Proactively collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and build self-service reports and dashboards to meet their needs;
Perform ad hoc analyses by identifying, extracting and manipulating the appropriate data, and distilling and presenting key insights;
Assist with HR technology implementations, enhancements, and automation;
Monitor ongoing HR data compliance and ensure adherence to established data entry procedures;
Identify and follow-up on data integrity, administration and validation issues related to HR data;
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, with strong record of academic achievement. Advanced degree preferred;
Up to 4 years of relevant work experience in data analysis and interpretation, ideally in a multi-national professional services environment;
Experience using HR systems (HRIS, ATS) similar to SuccessFactors, iCims, Mavenlink;
Intermediate to advanced proficiency manipulating data in Microsoft Excel (vlookup, if, pivot tables, VBA a plus);
Experience building dashboards in a data visualization platform like Microsoft PowerBI (or similar) is a plus;
Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to produce results in a rapidly-changing environment;
Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills;
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality as it relates to highly sensitive data and information;
Experience working with global audiences and cross-office teams, but with a large degree of autonomy and ownership;
Good sense of humor is a must!
