Job Description : Job Description:
Manage the execution of projects for a smooth and efficient process across all Orami divisions involved in the project (internal)
Develop system and SOPs for execution of different type projects
Have overview of load of projects to ensure adequate support and resourcing for project executions
Continuously improve system and process to achieve optimum efficiency
Identify problems or risks and coordinate to find solutions
Create and manage timeline of projects to ensure timely delivery as per agreed timeline
Lead internal coordination across divisions (meetings, deadlines, etc)
Collect proof of broadcast for reporting
Update execution and budget tracker
Oversee budgeting as set together with AEs
Job Requirement:
Bachelor Degree
Experience in project management for digital agencies, e-commerce or other digital/tech based companies is highly desirable
Proactive and inquisitive nature essential
Strong organizational skills and time management
Active communication, target oriented, proficient in negotiation & presentation skill
Have knowledge of sales & marketing strategy
Willing to be placed in BSD, Tangerang.
