Job Description : Your field of responsibility
Your responsibilities include:
The candidate will work as a business analyst on change projects to implement delivery and will support the projects across the project lifecycle engaging with Business and IT partners to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Use Business Analysis tools and techniques to gather and clearly articulate the as-is business processes, identify problems and inefficiencies and define business requirements for process improvements
Serve as a liaison with managers of line functions to identify, define and accurately document business requirements following CS standard methodology
Handle requirements and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that requirements are delivered as specified, and change impact assessments can be made
Should transform business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Communicates clearly with all partners. Develops multiple solutions options and can convey the merits and issues of each to ensure clear understanding of impact across the organization
Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for integration, functional and user acceptance testing.
Ensure compliance with established guidelines for accurate and timely project delivery achievements
Work closely with the line and IT teams, contribute in end-to-end for the delivery of projects

Proven academic track record and outstanding understanding of accounting principle
Basic understanding of product asset classes – Secured funding, Derivatives, Structured notes etc
Flair for technical concepts like – SQL (DDL and DML queries), innovation tools like Qliksense, R, Python
Hands-on approach with strong robust critical judgement
Outstanding active listening and communication skills
Outstanding problem solving skills and analytical skills
Effective influencing & facilitation skills – collaborative partnership.
Ability and cultural sensitivity to motivate and inspire others
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Ability to establish & maintain outstanding positive relationships and also influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
