We are seeking a Integration Administrator to join our growing team!
A Day in the Life:
Serve as primary system administrator for Dell Boomi environment, integrating Sales (CRM) and Finance (ERP) systems.
Deployment, maintenance, and administration of integration processes between applications using Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform (Cloud Integration, Application Integration, and Enterprise web services APIs).
Managing, monitoring, sustaining, troubleshooting, and supporting existing architecture and Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform, including Atom Maintenance, Connectors, Profiles, Mappings, Queues, and Processes.
Building new Dell Boomi Processes and Sub-Processes to support the evolving needs and requirements of the Business.
Document system architecture and keep documentation up to date as changes are made.
Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to define and determine integration requirements.
Provide technical advice/support for out-of-the-box Dell Boomi features and functions.
Support the remaining Lead-to-Cash implementation roadmap from design to deployment, user adoption, and ongoing improvements.
Perform case/ticket triage and ensures proper sense of urgency regarding staff requests.
Accurately translate business requirements into system functionality requirements.
Manage the relationship with key business stakeholders to help define and meet business priorities.
Participate in change management activities (UAT, training, communications, online help, business readiness etc.) supporting program rollouts in partnership with the Transformation Office, Sales Operations, and other business operation teams.
We are looking for someone who has:
3+ years of experience in integration technologies (ESB, ETL) and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) with tools such as Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, and Jitterbit.
2+ years of experience working with a CRM, preferably Salesforce.
1+ years of hands-on roles in the areas of Lead to Cash, from business requirements. assessment to solutions as well as coordinating/leading solution design, development/configuration, and deployment across multi-dimensional teams.
Ability to set business requirements against the capability of the Dell Boomi platform.
Experience mapping, creating, transforming XML, CSV, flat file, data schemas for different systems.
Ability to accept and manage changing priorities and address issues quickly and professionally.
Ability to analyze the business processes and middleware for inefficiencies and optimization.
Ability to clearly communicate those to key stakeholders.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING IS A PLUS:
Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ capabilities, best practices, and limitations
Experience with billing solutions and Financial systems such as NetSuite, Intacct, Great Plains, etc.
Electronic Signature Management, preferred DocuSign
Marketing Automation Platforms, preferred HubSpot (Examples: Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot)
