Job Description : CompanyListed company in Bristol now seeks to appoint an Interim FP&A Manager/Finance Business Partner, initially on a 4-6 month contract. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will act as a strong business partner to the broader management team, supporting commercial and operational decision-making across the organisation. Not only will you drive the annual budget and forecast processes, you’ll also drive improvements through management reporting and transparent business insightRoleAs a experienced finance business partner, you are commercially astute and analytically adept, to help drive and develop the performance and strategy of this growing business. Collaborating with business and analytics teams to understand performance drivers, impacts and business outlook, you will build detailed bottom up revenue forecast models. Additional responsibilities will include:Business partnering with multiple stakeholders across different functions and seniority to identify underlying business drivers and inputs.Overseeing detailed financial analysis and review to support the decision making processes of the business, including the production of business casesChallenging performance and being a driver for positive change via accurate and timely insight into trends and performanceConducting industry research and competitor benchmarking to discuss with the wider leadership teamResponsibility for Board presentations of Management Information and investment appraisalAbout YouYou will be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA or ACCA) with a strong level of PQE and experience of data visualisation activities. With the ability to switch between strategic and operational thinking to help drive the business forward, you will have commercial drive, passion and commitment to delivering change through actions and influence. Role is initially offered on a 4-6 months basis and falls otuside of IR35.Job Types: Full-time, TemporaryContract length: 6 monthsSalary: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Finance Management Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
