Job Description : Astrum Search is delighted to be working exclusively with a global law firm to recruit a new Internal Audit Manager.

Based in Central London, you will join a growing team in a developing internal audit and risk function. You will report directly to the Head of Internal Audit & Risk, and be responsible for leading and delivering a wide range of audits globally. This is a relatively new department that will also allow you to contribute to the overall development of the function, getting involved in more strategic aspects of the job including yearly audit planning and other department initiatives. You will work closely with colleagues in risk management and will have the opportunity to assist with risk management activities, making this a very attractive and broad role.

My client is looking for an experienced internal auditor, preferably fully qualified (ACA/ACCA or equivalent), who has either trained in the Big 4 and currently working in another industry role, or currently in the Big 4, looking to transition into industry.

This is a great opportunity to join an international team who has developed a strong reputation across the firm. It’s a highly autonomous role and you will be exposed to very senior people. It is not uncommon to present audit findings to some of the most senior Managing Partners in the firm globally.

Whilst you will be expected to be office based at times, there is a very flexible working policy that will allow you to work remotely when not needed in the office.
