As an IT Software Engineer, you will deliver products and improvements for a changing world. Working at the cutting edge, you will craft and develop software for platforms, peripherals, applications and diagnostics — all with the most sophisticated technologies, tools, software engineering methodologies and partnerships.
You will:
Work with complicated business applications across functional areasTake design from concept to production, which may include design reviews, feature implementation, debugging, testing, issue resolution and factory supportManage design and code reviews with a focus on the best user experience, performance, scalability and future expansion

Essential Requirements
3-6 years of experience in solving production issues in large enterprises and/or experience L1 support
End to End Incident Management process using Service Now or similar tools.
Responsible for the dealing with the problems, bug fixing and root cause analysis
Manage transitions guaranteeing knowledge transfers, documentation, monitoring as well as performance validation
Exposure to full stack development on Microsoft .Net and related platforms and/or programming skills in .Net C#
Desirable Requirements
Bachelors or Master’s degree in a computer science with 3-5 years of experience in production support in large enterprises and/or experience L1 support
Exposure to DevOps Admin roles and responsibilities, CI/CD, PCF, Blue-Green deployment for Production Systems resolutions/fixes
