Job Description : Job Title: IT Coordinator/IT ManagerSalary Range: 7,000 – 9,000 AEDJob Summary: We are looking for an IT Coordinator who have minimum of 5 year of hands on Development experience (PHP or .Net), preferably in the fintech sector. Must have workable knowledge of graphic designing tools. Basic knowledge of setting up the Android, ISO developer account/application launching (mobile app development experience is not a must).Have complete knowledge & minimum 2 years practical experience of email hosting, webhosting and managing the resources. Ability to configure CRM, Chatbots.Experience: Web Development experience (preferably in PHP)API integration experience.email/website hostingKnowledge of Graphic Designing tools (Adobe etc.)CRM/Chatbots etc. setup and integrationMobile app (Account setup for app launching)Mobile app development experienceLanguage: English (Fluent in spoken and written)R*esponsibilities: *· Managing email, webhosting, domain names and implementing the securities.· Configure the CRMs, Live Chat Bots, Customer Services Software· Provide training and technical support to the other departments· Test the software, suggest changes in respect to customer experience, GUI, and report and get bugs fixed.· Support the IT services provided while launching the mobile app by setting up the needed accounts with App Store and Play Store etc.· Attend meetings with CEO and cover the IT related questions· Coordinate with the software house and in-house development teamJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: AED7,000.00 – AED9,000.00 per monthWork Remotely:No
