Develops scalable, multitenant, enduser applications delivered remotely through a cloud softwareasaservice (SAAS) subscription. Develops multiple tenants utilizing the same software installation (vs. separate installations for each customer) with some level of customization available by tenant, selfservice subscription/user management that enables customers to scale up or down the number of users in realtime within the application itself, and/or large scale data transfer, storage, security, and integration with other systems on a cloud infrastructure. Implements and configures cloud service software such as SAP, Adobe, Salesforces, and Workday. Understands and incorporates business process automation and user experience needs.
Qualifications

Job Description The Enterprise Application Development Engineer candidate should have JIRA Domain experience The candidate should be able to: Understand the strategic direction set by senior management and relate them to team goals, define/own and implement the solutions end to end. Have the expertise to define solutions from Business requirements/ problem statements As a JIRA System Administrator, person should support and maintain the JIRA application Instances and infrastructure Maintain system stability and performance working closing with hosting/network/load balancer team. Plan, prepare and execute on JIRA upgrades. Create and configure new JIRA projects and maintain existing JIRA projects and its Plugins Build Customizations on workflows / Fields/reports / notifications Build integrations from one application to another either using the inbuilt capabilities or by working closely with other dependent teams. Resolve the Users Service Request, Incidents , how Do I and customer coordination Manage the multiple environments like Production, Staging and BCDR environment Configure and maintain the Monitoring solutions ( Infrastructure and application monitoring) Testing Experience unit, functional and performance Document standards and best practice in Wiki and Service Now. Ability to handle the knowledge management activities Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and strong teamwork relationships Flexible to work with users across the time zone to troubleshoot the issues Work within Agile Framework to deliver program features/deliverables Qualifications Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Qualifications listed as preferred or additional will be considered a plus factor for applicants. Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or any related field Experience : 1-2+ years Minimum Qualifications: – 1+ years of relevant experience in Atlassian software – Jira, Confluence and Service Desk. – Expected to have expertise in JIRA Data Center and/or JIRA cloud administration – Expertise in Systems administration/ Application administration with at least 1-2+ years of working experience. – Linux Admin, Database management, scripting skills like Ansible – Atlassian Jira Admin certification – Has qualitative and business process skills, with a focus on technical requirements and solution expertise Preferred Qualifications: – Familiar with Agile/SAFe framework methodologies – Previous product development design and implementation/coding expertise in Node JS , JAVA or other languages will be significant advantage The candidate should also exhibit the following behavioral traits or/and skills: Deliver quality products under tight deadlines and flexible towards priority deliverables Verbal and written communication skills Working both independently and with members of a diverse team Organizational skills Ability to quickly learn and apply new skill Organizational analytical written and oral presentation skills Identify potential issues and facilitate development of good solutions Listen and communicate clearly with different areas of the business Creative and innovative problem analysis and solving skills Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
