Job Title: IT Security Analyst, Lead / IAM Security Analyst, Lead
Primary job responsibility is to manage IAM infrastructure including Identity Management, Access Management, Privilege Access Management. Understand customer requirements and provide proper implementations, integrations and operations support. Identify gaps in the current environment, recommend and fix the gaps by following industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing various IAM solutions, like OKTA, SailPoint, Azure IAM,
Implementation of SSO, MFA, Least Privilege, RBAC, Conditional Access, and other IAM features.
Provide Incident Response (IR) support for security issues related to Identity and Access.
Provide threat and vulnerability analysis services.
Integration of on-prem and cloud based applications with the IAM platform.
Management of privilege access management solutions.
Investigate, document, and report on information security issues related to IAM.
Integrate and share information with other analysts and other teams.
Perform hands-on support for a wide range of security technologies from various vendors.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT Security or a related field; alternatively equivalent demonstrated knowledge.
4+ years of experience in IAM solutions including Okta and CyberArk.
Hands-on experience in integrations, identifying and implementation of automation use cases.
Understanding of technical terminology, implementations, integrations and automation requirements of IAM.
Passion for IT Security.
Able to work independently, being a team player, ability to work well under pressure
Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Collaborates effectively and communicates efficiently; possesses strong interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English.
Work in 24×7 Security Operations environment
