Responsibilities
Manage Customer Requirements, Handle the team technically ( Offsite and Onsite), Manage all stake holders Technically.
Responsible for IVR application design and development
Integration of different applications
Understand custom requirement and convert into design specification
Perform prototyping for concept validation
Experienced with SOAP and REST Web Services development
Experienced with Application Servers and Java development environment like Weblogic, Websphere & Tomcat, and framework like Spring & Hibernate.

Able to run UNIX/ LINUX commands from shells, review or write shell scripts and understand general shell scripting practices.
Expertise in Java and J2EE
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and able to work in a multicultural environment.
Understanding of and experience with Agile practices and multiple phases of software development lifecycles/methodologies is a plus
