Who you are:
You are a talented java web full stack developer, and if so this web development team within a tier-one investment bank has a great role for you. You’ll be working primarily on the server side elements(spring boot) of our client facing portals, and growing your skills across all areas of the stack including web design, agile development practices.
You’ll work closely with colleagues on the team, other development teams, operational staff and technology management with opportunities to demonstrate technical leadership.

Key responsibilities
Work with business sponsors to understand new work enhancements
Agree the schedule of delivery of the work with stakeholders and manage the demand from inception to production delivery.
Perform the technical delivery – develop the changes requested and provide tested code.
As part of the wider team perform code reviews and ensure that we maintain the level of quality we are after as well as mentor more junior team members.
Your Expertise:
We are interested in seeing people with excellent java springframework skills who have some knowledge of UI development with a desire to grow more in this area.
In addition you will be helping to improve our SDLC process to help us achieve a desire to have continuous automated deployments
