Key Responsibilities : A:Minimum 3-4 years of technical experience and development expertise in Java, Java web stack ,J2EE, Spring frame work ,Java script, Rest APIs , JDBC and Hibernate B:xperience working with and applying Design patterns to solve problems C:Possess advanced knowledge of object-oriented design and development OOA/OOD and the J2EE framework and data architectures
Technical Experience : A:Having strong experience in Core Java B:Strong experience on Spring boot /Microservices, Hibernate /DAO C:Strong hands-on knowledge on Design patterns architecture principles D:Knowledge of Best secure coding practices E:Having Sound logical and analytical capabilities F:Having exposure to front end technologies like React will be a big plus though not mandatory G:Experience on REST,SOAP
Professional Attributes : A:Have very strong communication interpersonal skills able to interact with all levels in the organization B:Strong team player who takes initiative, well organized, structured C:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment adhere to strict deadlines D:Flexible, adaptable
