Job Description : Role & ResponsibilitiesPreparing Concept Design for upcoming projects keeping in mind project feasibility and Govt. policy/DCR Regulations.Modifying existing Designs and coming up with fresh design ideas as per business need/policy changes.Preparing Presentation drawings, Brochures and 3D Views.Design Coordination with Liaison Team for approvals and incorporating changes if any in the Design plan.Design Coordination with MEP Consultants and Services Team in the course of the project.Preparing Good For Construction drawingsCoordination with Site Execution Team for checking and assistance for execution on site.IT Skills Required: Proficiency in Auto-Cad, Google Sketch up, V-Ray rendering, 3D Max, Coreal Draw, Photoshop, Power Point, MS Excel, MS Word etc.Personal Skills: Candidate should have Good eye for design and details.Should have good coordination skills and should be proactive.Should be a team player.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹24,919.00 – ₹34,911.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:Total work: 3 years (Preferred)AutoCAD: 2 years (Preferred)Google Sketch up: 2 years (Preferred)V-Ray rendering: 2 years (Preferred)
