Job Description : Responsibilities : – Review & record keeping of Indents mails received from project- Coordinating with Executive on further action on indents- Preparing comparison on receipt of Indents- Preparing purchase/work order(s) drafts as per the finalized comparisons.- Scan and publish the signed purchase/work orders to respective suppliers.- Filing of published PO/WO & keeping a track of details in excel statement daily.- Track orders and ensure timely delivery to site Stock auditing at sites.Qualification: Any degreeExperience: N/APreferred Skills: – Good command in English, Hindi & Telugu- Proficient in MS Office- Email writing skillsWillingness to travel to sitesJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹23,000.00 per monthBenefits:Provident FundSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 2 years (Preferred)
