Job Description : Qualification: B.Sc & M.Sc in Nutrition and Dietetics/ Clinical Nutrition (with RD Internship)Work Experience: 2 YearsContact No: +91-XXXXXXXXXXShould be able to join immediatelyDuties & Responsibilities: Responsible for providing optimal nutritional care to patients, which complies with the NABH regulations and the standards of care in the dietetic profession.Consults with the health care team (Consultants/ Nurses) on aspects related to the nutritional care ofPatientsGives inputs for the development of menu pattern, approves the food prepared and reports patients’ feedback about its acceptance.Evaluates and monitors food service systems making recommendations for a conformance level that will provides nutritionally adequate quality food.Assesses, develops, implements and evaluates nutritional care plans as per established policies and procedures and provide for follow-up.Interprets, evaluates and utilizes pertinent current research related to nutritional care.Educates the patients and their families on the diet advised upon discharge and provides a home diet-chart.Provides diet consultation to out-patients as requested by the consultants/ physicians.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:Rotational shiftApplication Question(s):What is your educational qualification?
