Job Description : Your Contribution
To conduct and monitor the particle size distribution test and chemical analysis of incoming raw material.
To conduct and monitor the physical / chemical properties of glass products.
To conduct and monitor the glass defect analysis for all the tanks and find out the possible source, maintaining relevant records.
To maintain the checklist of required equipment for proper maintenance. To maintain laboratory spare parts.
Follow the procedure to fulfill the requirement for ISO standards, EHS, GMP compliance in relation with quality of the glass product, incoming raw materials and all aspects to the department.
To generate the batch recipe adjustment in case of introduction of new raw material, raw material analysis change, glass composition change and cullet ratio change through software program and provide the adjusted batch recipe to Batch House.
Your Profile
BSc in Chemistry with 4 years of experience in Glass Industry OR MSc in Chemistry with approximate 2 years of experience in Glass Industry
Proficient in using MS Office
Knowledge of Glass / Incoming Raw Materials is a must
Good in English Communication, Problem Solving and Time Management Skills
