This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for a Lead Developer to lead this growing Product Team working on the future of digital B2B software.
You will own a fundamental aspect of an incredible Tech company, and product itself – architecting and building a SaaS product to enterprise, global level scale!
No other opportunities exist with this level of freedom, autonomy & ownership. You will lead the engineering efforts, build your own team with no red tape in an emerging, innovative tech within a booming Tech vertical.
What you’ll be doing
Leading development and expansion of their core RT3D (real-time 3D) progressive web app SaaS offering and underlying services (all of which are separately maintained React web apps)Only expected to be 20-30% hands onLeading production, engineering, problem solving, and decision making on:New product features, greenfield modules, and various web apps in ReactOur Mapbox-integrated React web app Portfolio productNew back-end microservices in NodeThe Node-based API in Azure Functions with TypeScriptR&DArchitecturing fundamental infrastructure for scaleHiring, mentoring, and managing a small engineering team for scale, and developing that team as you see fitImplementing development standards and best practices
What you’ll bring to the role
Strong experience in modern web application development, leadership, decision making, and team managementStrong experience with end-to-end CRM/CMS integrationsExperience performing code reviews/QA + building, managing and mentoring engineering teamsExpertise with incorporating development standards and best practicesSome expertise with modern JavaScript (ES6) – ( React, Node.JS and TypeScript )Sound knowledge of RESTful APIs & JSONSound knowledge & practice of programming principles (SOLID)Azure or AWS experience
