This exciting role offers opportunity to:
‘Experience with Java or Java script or Python scripting language
Expertise in setting up and maintaining system level test enviornment.
Expertise in Hardware-Software system integration testing.
Expertise with system level test Automation using selenium & TestNG .
Experience with creating and defining test plans and test cases for embedded and application software for real time controls at system level.
Proficient understanding of Source Control software and Code Collaboration tools (Git, SVN, etc.); experience with Issue and Project Tracking software (JIRA, TFS, etc.).
Experience working in an Agile SCRUM development lifecycle.
Experience in HTML5 web UI application testing
Experience of industrial communication protocols EtherNet, Modbus,TCP/IP,RTU,RS232,RS485, http,websockets etc.
Experience developing testing harness/tools for Linux environments and Windows applications;
Experience writing integration tests for Continuous Integration and Deployment frameworks.
Desired:
Ability to work independently to create and maintain test bench and system test enviornment.
Thorough understanding of Java or Python based automation test frameworks.
Good understanding of Embedded Hardware and Software System.
Experience with system integration test, whitebox testing/nightly build testing/automated unit testing, if applicable.
Qualifications
Requirement:
Education : Bachelors in computer science / electronics/ E&TC/ Instrumentation engineering
Work experience :
10+ Years of Experience in:
Experience in HW-FW System integration Testing or Test tool development with proven track record of validating digital smart meter and gateways products.
Experienece in handling & mentoring team of test engineers.
Experience in Java or Java script or Python scripting.
Defining and implementing System Automation Test Framework using selenium & TestNG.
Worked on Embedded Firmware testing, preferably with Power Quality products
