Job Description : houseofcuff looking for a Lead of E-Commerce who has industry experience in Men’s Fashion retail. This role is base in West Jakarta.We are currently scaling up our business fast and we are opening the opportunity for the right fitted individuals to join our journey together for the following position.Key Responsibilities: Build quality network & relationship with key marketplacesResponsible to achieve GMV and New member acquisition.Analyze and review each market place activity with the results used to form best practices then learn to build future marketing plans.Drive and maintain marketplace overall performance from GMV, Traffic, CR, AOV etc (all MP metric)Build & develop daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales target and investment plan.Leads Ecommerce Innovation Project within organization (Vertical and Digital Group Function)Requirements: Bachelor degree holder any fieldSolid experience (2+years) in brand management or corporate planning (Especially online, e-commerce industry)Advanced planning and analytical skills, including social media & e-commerce adsConfidence in suggesting calculated risk.Strong customer awareness and understanding.Passionate about product, strong market and brand awareness.Time keeping & ability to meet stringent deadlines.Proficient in using Microsoft Office Excel.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From Rp800,000,000 per month
