Lead Technology Manager
As a Vice President for Technology in our Technology team, you will partner with business, technology managers and Risk and Control team to create and maintain the application stack and execute the Programs. Your Role
What You’ll Do
Accountable for the engineering and leading a function in Corporate Bank Technology
A Front End Engineer working in a dedicated pod and responsible for design and build for the Corporate Bank division
Individual will partner with UI/UX Design Team, Architects, Business Analysts and Stakeholders situated in multiple regions and timezones;
at varying capacity to understand requirements
Manage the SDLC of software components all the way to production including helping support the application to resolve production
Issues with appropriate triaging
Design and communicate requirements related to project planning, architecture, design, implementation, sizing, tuning and scalability.

Lead engineering activities to make sure that consistent high-quality products are developed.
Proactively diagnose problems and envisage long term architecture/design of the product focussing on reusable, extensible components.
Aspirational in implementing leading technology advancements in the industry
Maintain hygiene, Risk and Control and Stability at to core to every delivery
Be a role model for the team

Be a key player in building partnership with the Product and management stakeholders
Look beyond and go the extra mile to add value to the technology organization beyond the functional role
Lead by example and have client centricity at the core
Skills You’ll Need
Strong leadership skills and a hands-on technologist
A minimum of 15 years hands-on experience with web development using React JS, Typescript, HTML, CSS and other front end
technologies
A good understanding of micro front end architecture and backend for frontend services
Proven track record building enterprise portals from the ground up
A minimum of 5 years hands-on experience developing Microservices using Spring Boot framework
A minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with Kafka message/event stream-processing
A minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with enterprise search platforms such as Elastic and/or Solr+
A minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with Oracle 12c or higher Hands-on experience developing solutions on Linux Rhel6.x or
higher OS
Knowledge of APIGee, Docker, Kubernetes, Reactjs, confluent Kakfa, Java, Aurora, Cassandra, Springboot, microservices, Node.js, CI/CD (DevOps), Service Mesh, Google Cloud Platform
Must have used or implemented design patterns in any of the following areas:
Gang of Four(Creational, Structural and Behaviour)
Domain Driven Design, TDD, BDD, Event Driven Design.
Security Domain;
UML Modelling Skills or ArchiMate modelling or similar;
Cloud-Native design patterns.
