Job Description : As Learning & Development Project Manager you will be responsible for launching innovative training and development solutions that enables employee’s to deliver outstanding care and education to the people we support. You’ll also help people achieve their career ambitions by creating talent development solutions.You’ll understand Salutem’s current and future workforce needs and create solutions that help us achieve our People & Wellbeing Strategies. Projects will vary from Graduate schemes; accessing funding for new training; developing competency frameworks; seeking accreditations; building career pathways; plus many more.This is an exciting new role that reports directly into the Head of Talent & Wellbeing and works in partnership with the Learning & Development. You’ll be based from home and so your current location is not important however the ability to travel around our services is important where required, the role will also come with a car allowance package as well as a range of other benefits.Job Responsibilities: Manage L&D projects so they are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring projects align to our People and Wellbeing StrategiesDevelop detailed project plans to track progress, coordinate resources and identify risksCreate project reports and proposals including ROIResearch best practices and translate practices into a Salutem settingCoordinate resources and third parties for the execution of projectsManage the relationships with all stakeholders throughout project and training cyclesIdentify training needs using training needs analysis techniques and toolsMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesSupport content development and facilitate course offerings when neededWork proactively with Learning & Development Manager to identify training needs across the group.Provide timely information and reports to stakeholders.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £40,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayReference ID: L&D PM
