Job Description : £10 – £15 per hour
NonStop Care is looking for a Leaving Care Worker for a children’s charity with a very good reputation and with an Outstanding Ofsted in the Peterborough area.
This is a Monday to Friday role, 9am to 5pm, so you will have a better work – life balance, as you will always have evenings and weekends free to spend with your family and friends.
They are looking for an Agency Care Worker who could join them on an ongoing contract role (for about 4 – 6 months). This can get extended or even become permanent afterwards.
You will have some flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be ensuring that care leavers have a stable support system from the ages of 18-21.
You will be providing support, advice, and guidance to the former ‘looked after’ children. You will also be carrying a caseload and you will be carrying out pathway plans, statutory visits and risk assessments.

Requirements:
