Job Description : Chailey Heritage Foundation, a not-for-profit charity supporting children and young adults with complex physical and neurodisabilities, are seeking a committed and experienced Management Accountant to join our team. This is a hands on position, taking specific responsibility for-but not limited to- the production of the monthly management reporting package, preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, maintaining our Chart of Account, and assisting in the completion of external annual returns, for example TPA and NHS.
The successful candidate will be a fully, or part, qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA) with management accounts experience. They should also have a proven record in stakeholder management and a drive to implement process improvements. Management of others is also desirable as there is a small team to lead.
