If you’ve answered yes to these questions, then read on! We at Oracle NetSuite are seeking a manager for our Product Management team in Hyderabad, India to drive the design and development of our NetSuite US Payroll solution .
In this role you will be engaged with multiple scrum teams and work closely with a team of product managers to drive development activities. You will be involved in many facets of the product life cycle including: understanding Payroll and HR compliance, creating and managing backlogs, prioritization, making decisions on daily development tasks that arise due to new legislative updates, customer defects, sustainability initiatives along with product release activities. You will also play a strategic role in growing our engineering practice in India (and possibly Philippines), including hiring additional Product Managers and engineering resources.
