Job Description : Job SummaryHe responsible for driving the company’s growth in the market through creative programming and development of existing customers, by prospecting and joining new accounts, and by supporting our distribution network.Sales growth is expected through multiple channels, including all but not limited to Foodservice, Coffee and Health and Wellness (Gym), Corporate, Industries, Factories etc.Drive incremental sales growth with existing customers by adding In coffee premix flavors like cappuccino ,vanilla sachets & Instant Tea Premix like Masala tea, Cardamom Tea, Ginger Tea, Lemongrass Tea, & Lemon Iced Tea & Dust tea in Institutional SalesBuild awareness of Company’s product portfolio and brand through day to day interactions, sales calls, and consumer focused eventsSuccessfully implement service concepts into coffee and foodservice channelsSupport our distributor’s efforts with active engagement and steady lead generationWill be responsible for appointing Distributors and handling them properly.Will be given targets to achieve.Needs to work on App for Reporting.Responsibilities & DutiesPlan to ensure achievement of Regional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategiesEstablish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales for regions and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing products.Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitorsTo devise and implement appropriate marketing and Sales schedules in conjunction with Customers.Sell to existing and potential direct accounts as well as provide sales support and participate in closing and order or to facilitate and add value to the selling process.Completes regional sales operational requirements by scheduling and Planning; and following up on work results.Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate data to superiorsMaintain data relative to Customer, accounts and activities and will document customer interactions. Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.Prospect, close and develop relationships with new direct customers. Pursue multiple market channels including: office, workplace, campus/venue, coffee, and foodservice & Institutional Sales. Focus on opportunities with high brand profile and high-volume potential. Support sales growth with new customers by executing a creative mix of marketing, training and educational eventsHelp support existing customers, both direct and those through distribution, with a creative mix of special events These events could take the form of a tea cupping booth or presence at street festivals or community programsAssist in coordinating and staffing these events with support from both marketing team at HQ and local distributors in the marketDevote regular time to observing the market to capture intelligence, analyze competitive positioning and ensure the Company’s sales and marketing tactics are effective. Expected to be actively immersed in the marketBe familiar with Company’s full portfolio of products. Pursue continual tea premix & its machine working education in order to speak intelligently about the full portfolio when interacting with direct customers and distribution partnersSupport our Distribution partners with lead generation, joint sales calls, training, education, and for day to day support for both the needs of our distributors’ sales team as well as our distributors’ customersUnderstand inventory positions of products with both customers and distributors to ensure adequate Days of Supply and optimal product freshness.
