He is engaged in the development, creation and editing of content for various certifications and training program. Design, develop, author, narrate, record, edit, and implement training content and e-learning including handouts, checklists, manuals, tests/quizzes, presentations, scripts,video, audio, etc. Produce, edit, and deliver engaging training content through web-based, instructor-led, and virtual classroom learning formats.Responsibility Deliverable· Evaluate the Current Content and suggest ways to improve.· Create a Standard Operation Plan (SOP) for Content Developers.· Support & prepare the content structure for certification program.· Create and manage the content preparation/prepared.· Collaborate and coordinate with other departments on content creation/development/idea.· Support to the academic queries.· Creating unique, simple-to-understand, and user-friendly content· Managing the content development team.Tasks & Activities1. Evaluate & audit the existing content for each Certification.2. Take feedback from the Content Users.3. Take feedback from the industry to find the relevant skills for each certification.4. Develop strategies to improve the existing content.5. Develop an ‘Industry Required’ content structure.6. Design, develop, author, narrate, record, edit, and implement training content and e-learning including handouts, checklists, manuals, tests/quizzes, presentations,scripts, video, audio, etc.7. Editing and proofreading before final publication.8. Coordinate with design team to input the desired design and presence of content.9. Identifying the opportunity of new trend of certification/course.10. Reducing the gap in our content and recommend new topics.11. Always ensuring all-round consistency in terms of content style, fonts, images, tone, reach, etc.12. Handling the academic queries.13. Handling and smooth functioning of Content Team Members.14.
