Job Description : 1. Responsible for business development by Identifying new customers and finalising contract agreement2. Update information regarding global market demand for marine products, export prices, raw material availability, raw material prices etc.3. Inter department co-ordination for timely shipment4. Target based working experience5. Thorough knowledge of export shipment documentation in sea food industry6. Thorough knowledge of incoterms7. Should have experience in drafting/verification of LC documents8. Familiar in marine and related insurance policies for shipments9. Having experience to evaluate customer satisfaction.10. Have the ability to assess customer complaints and provide solutions11. Having experience in advertisements and sales promotion12. Coordinate with clients from obtaining orders till payment realization13. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external stakeholders, and communicate with senior management about marketing programs, strategies, and budgetsSkills and Qualifications· Experience in Seafood Industry mandatory· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Malayalam· Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns· Effective managerial skills, multitasking, and decision-making skills· Experience with marketing automation and CRM toolsPreferred Qualifications· Master’s degree· Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy· Willingness and ability to travel· Experience in setting up department KRA/KPIJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:Day shift
