Job Description : Mission statements
To execute innovative digital marketing plans for the given portfolio of Sanofi. This should be embedded within the overall brand plans in order to drive brand objectives for the target customer group and ultimately drive brand market share and growth.
To optimize channel mix and campaign journeys for the marketing campaigns to drive measurable behavior change for target segment
To lead digital promotional campaigns and engaging with the medico-marketing teams, regulatory stakeholders and external agencies to execute the campaign
To enable and support alternative engagement models for the portfolio to enhance marketing efficiencies and effectiveness
To continuously socialize and drive adherence to the best practices in channel integration, campaign orchestration and content excellence to enhance customer experience
To stay updated with the latest trends and offerings with 3rd party business partners and implement the optimal solutions for business teams
Duties & Responsibilities
Market Share Achievement – Design robust Digital / Omnichannel Marketing Projects to achieve the business objectives by planning and monitoring sales and KPIs
Lead and manage the omnichannel marketing requirements for the allotted businesses
Support global and local organizational priorities and exercises in marketing and omnichannel transformation
Campaign Execution – Lead and co-ordinate the design of innovative communication for customers and provide tools, activities and direction to the business marketing teams
Market Intelligence – Maintain constant touch with the market to understand digital strategies and retail trends or competitor activities in order to observe and evaluate execution of plans vis-à-vis competition
Proactively organize and participate in events and maintain knowledge in order to help bring about mindset change towards the organization around digital.
Knowledge Management – Compile knowledge assets from the market, keeping up with innovation and various stakeholders such as product managers, medical team, sales, doctors (KOLs), customers, distributors and retailers in order to build a knowledge repository accessible to the relevant role holders in the organization
Keep oneself and team member updated on the ethics, business integrity and other regulatory and organizational requirements for adherence in all marketing and omnichannel activities
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language
Expertise in the area of digital marketing tools and campaign management techniques
Experience in driving stakeholder management to ensure adoption of new ways of marketing promotion and customer engagement
Ability to work cross functionally and influence without authority
Abreast with the latest and relevant trends in digital marketing and marketing domain
Inspire people to look at new and different ways of promoting
Basic Business Acumen
Creativity to design innovative campaigns
Qualifications
Graduate degree and Master’s degree in Business Administration
A total experience of up to 5-8 years in a marketing / digital marketing domain
Previous experience in developing and managing digital campaigns and projects in pharmaceutical or consumer health – Preferred
Location
The role is based at the Corporate Office, Mumbai
The role involves traveling within and outside the country occasionally
