Job Description : Proven experience as marketing manager or similar role. Having a deep understanding of the Indian education sector preferably with an ngo background.Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices in the education industry.Proficient in MS Office.Open to travelling.Having excellent sales and counselling skill for student enrollments.Good interpersonal and presentation skills.Familiarity with social media and digital marketing techniques.Excellent communication and people skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Creativity and awareness on how to market according to organisation’s vision mission and goals.BSc/BA/MBA in marketing, business administration or relevant disciplineKEY ROLE AREAS –1. Manage all promotional material for Jeevika and its several trades using internal resources and external agencies so that potential students, agents etc. receive accurate and reliable information on courses at Jeevika.2. Develop and implement communications campaigns with appropriate media in order to attract enquiries from prospective students and agents. (advertising, direct mailings, newsletters etc.)3. Maintain a reliable marketing information system (statistics, target market info, competitor research etc.) to facilitate strategic decision making for marketing & management purposes.4. Develop and maintain a database of student, academic and agent contacts to facilitate customer relationship management & direct mailing to recruit prospective students.5. Manage the marketing & promotions budget in order to meet the student targets of Jeevika in the most cost effective manner.6. Prepare an annual marketing report to facilitate strategic decision making by management.7. Planning marketing and promotions strategies for Jeevika .8. Track target audience locations, do thorough reiki of prospective schools and colleges for Jeevika. Database collection from prospective education boards, schools, colleges. Maintain and follow up database of prospective enquiries. Achieve the enrolment targets for every course with the support of a dedicated team.9. Planning and execution of communication campaigns for all courses at Jeevika (advertising, direct mailing, bulk sms, field marketing campaigns , organising seminars at schools and colleges and any other required campaigns to attract prospective students).Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹9,010.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
