This position encapsulates a variety of tasks, including designing digital marketing campaigns and performing market research. Ultimately٫ you will be responsible for ensuring the profitability of our company’s activities to drive sustainable development and long-term success.Creative, goal-oriented professionals in the marketing field would be great fits for this position. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.Key responsibilities:Design and implement unique marketing strategies that are aligned with our business targets and corporate goals.Produce contemporary ideas to promote our brand and our products.Design٫ create٫ and maintain social media presence.Solidify consistency of brand through all marketing channels.Establish a strong digital presence that is projected to be long term.Build relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers.Assisting with the promotion of the company’s products/services.Represent the company in events, conferences etc.Ensure customer satisfaction through the delivery of consistent standards of service and productsDeliver engaging content to the customer regularly.Requirements:Proven work experience, of 2+ years, as a Marketing Strategist or Business Development manager, or other relevant position.Direct experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies, including online tools and social media.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Excellent at building rapport with customers.Good organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in MS Office and WordPress or similar program.Proficiency in, and use of, of SEO and Google Analytics preferred.Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.Familiar with Canva, Mailchimp, Stripo, and similar marketing platformsPlease note,Candidates having technical knowledge in architecture/civil/MEP or in BIM or Construction field will be given much priority.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Commission payYearly bonusEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Business development: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
