Job Description : A yoga and meditation retreat in Ubud, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Supervisor (Full-Time)Responsibilities:Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activitiesSupport marketing manager in organizing various projectsConduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnairesEmploy marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial informationAssist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their successPrepare and deliver promotional presentationsCompose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accountsWrite marketing needs in operational to augment the company’s presence in the marketCommunicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationshipsRequirements:Indonesian citizenExcellent written and verbal communication in EnglishProven experience in similar roleProven experience as a marketing supervisor / asssistantGood understanding of trend and marketing principlesDemonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlinesWell-organized with a customer-oriented approachGood knowledge of market research techniques and databasesExcellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)Exquisite communication and people skillsHigh School, diploma, or relevant field is a strong advantageJob Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):Are you familiar with CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords?Experience:Marketing Supervisor/Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
