Job Description : Job Responsibilities: At Least 10-15 years of experience in medical device/pharma domain.Previous complete ecommerce management and operations.Have established deep existing relationships with doctors and GMs of large and small hospitals.Established successful relationships with dealers and distributors of OEMs of medical equipments in the country.Ability to use the above relationships to onboard for business purpose by executing solid business agreements for the company.Able to strike very low price agreements with the vendors and build relationships with them.Able to be on field and doing selling even in their sleep.Able to onboard clinics/doctor owned hospitals to use our ecommerce platform to manage their supplies.Heading ecommerce orders, fulfillment, delivery and management and its smooth operations.Business minded, process oriented, principled. Needs to develop revenue generating strategies for the business.Believes in the long term vision/growth of the company.High integrity and honesty is non negotiable.What you’ll achieve:*Identifying small clinics/small hospitals who would benefit from bulk ordering from our ecommerce platform.Building the trust with them to use and order on our platform.Delivering extremely high customer experience and customer satisfaction.Delivery of the vision of THE trusted go to app for doctors to order medical supplies.Helping making our app go viral among the doctor community.Must be a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervisionMust be confident, energetic, passionate and excellent with speaking and presentation skillsNeeds to input daily data into CRMJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹6,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:Wear a mask.Clean your hands.Maintain safe distance.Get vaccinatedExperience:Sales: 10 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
