Job Description : Job DescriptionCombination on multi Micro-focus Tools along with SMAX (ServiceMax) tool admin.Experience in implementation & support of SMAX modules, such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, Service Catalog, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, LDAP/AD/Email/DB Integration, CMDBPerforming day to day administration of SMAX modules including changes to process and workflows.Good understanding of ITIL processes.Develop clear and concise technical and process documentation.communicate SMAX processes, operations, and capability information to all levels of Management effectively.Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis manager. Plan and schedule Changes, Coordinating with different stakeholdersPerform RCA for Major Incidents related to his/her tower and follow quality/security process defined for the engagement.Perform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with respective teams/individual to minimize the incidents.Maintain the integrity of the SMAX tool across production and non- production environmentsVendor coordination & prepare Weekly and monthly status reportsParticipate in business meetings with various stake holders on a need basisWork on the service improvement programs. Effort estimation/reviews on need basis for new projectsDemonstrated/proven hands-on experience with SMAX platform (at least 3+ years)Knowledge/experience in PostGres backend maintenance of SMAXExperience in upgrade and implementation efforts across SMAX versionsKnowledge of integrating with internal and external applications and systems using APIs or web servicesTake corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveysTraining of new team members. Able to work on Knowledge acquisition and updates to related documentsExperience on Crystal Reporting and Analytics/SSRS in SMAXAbility to organize and prioritize projects as well as work effectively in a diverse technical team with minimal supervisionAbility to demonstrate analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to work in an integrated team environment, consisting of contractor personnel, project managers and business analysts.Criteria: Overall 8 to 9 years of experience in the same field will be preferred.At least 5 to 7 years of experience in ITSM platform management, preferably Micro-focus SMAX.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹2,000,000.00 – ₹3,000,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:SMAX (ServiceMax): 8 years (Preferred)ITSM platforms management: 5 years (Preferred)Microfocus SMAX: 5 years (Preferred)LDAP: 1 year (Preferred)ITIL processes: 1 year (Preferred)Language:Hindi (Preferred)English (Preferred)Work Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
