You will be joining a high performing Delivery Team who share a common goal in driving the adoption of Microsoft 365 cloud technologies.Consultancy requirements: Microsoft 365 service offerings including Teams, SharePoint, and Power PlatformCommon Microsoft 365 service use-casesPrincipals of Information Architecture & GovernanceAttend client site, running workshops demonstrating the capabilities and benefits of SharePoint online and Microsoft 365 technologies Requirement gathering and analysis; working closely with the client to establish their requirements, translating these into business requirements and solution architectures using the full Microsoft 365 stackAbility to develop a road map for organisations providing a short term and long-term plan, aligned to business requirements and goals for the organisationUnderstanding of M365 licensing scenarios and ability to provide clients with advice on licensing requirementsTechnical requirements: Ability to develop SPFx customisations including application customizer, webparts and list view command set extension. A clear understanding must also be present on SPFx deployment targets such as SharePoint, Teams and Office Add-InsExperience of Power Automate Flow native actions, custom connectors, adaptive cards and calling out to APIsStrong knowledge of adaptive cards and actionable messages within Microsoft TeamsPrincipals of authentication scenarios including Azure AD authentication, OAuth authentication and OAuth FlowsExperience of developing against the Microsoft Graph including Graph SDKs and endpoints, OAuth, Azure Active Directory, MSAL/ADAL libraries etc…and the ability to develop using the SharePoint REST APICompetent in deployment scenarios using the PnP Provisioning framework, Microsoft 365 CLI and CSOMImplementation of Azure Functions using PowerShell, Typescript, JavaScript, C#/.NET, Node.js and ReactGeneral development skills demonstrating the ability to develop in Typescript, JavaScript, React, HTML / CSS / SCSS / JSON / XMLExtensive experience in the development and technical architectures of Microsoft 365 solutions consisting of all aspects of the M365 stack including, Teams, SharePoint & AzureStrong knowledge on the SharePoint security model and its capabilitiesStrong capabilities on how best to use SharePoint search including Managed Properties, Crawled Properties, search queries, and search web partsDesirable: Extensive experience designing and configuring SharePoint on premises to high availability and hybrid architecturesCreation and modification of classic master and page layouts, web parts and other componentsStrong understanding of supporting SharePoint technologies including Windows Server, SQL Server, .NET Framework, IIS, Clustering, NLB, Storage Capabilities, ISA Server, and SQL ReportingStrong familiarity with third party products available when building SharePoint solutionsExperience working in Agile MethodologiesAbility to work independently as well as collaborativelyPerson specification: Experience in a similar roleDemonstrate a very high level of customer serviceBe highly collaborative with the current team, management structure and business leadersDemonstrate a ‘Can-Do’ attitudeBe an excellent communicatorFull UK driving licenceCurrent Microsoft CertificationsWhy BCN: Highly competitive salary23 days holiday increasing to 25 days with length of service with option to buy additional leaveState-of-the-art office with free parkingIndustry leading training and developmentBirthday offHealth cash plan and life assuranceCycle to work schemeCome and join a winning team.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:Monday to FridayNo weekendsExperience:SharePoint: 1 year (preferred).NET: 1 year (preferred)C#: 1 year (preferred)
