Project Role :Cloud Operations Engineer
Project Role Description :Deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure environment and/or applications through cross-technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), scripting, and monitoring automation execution. Manage incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all compute, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests. Manage rollout of patches and release management schedule and implementation.

Key Responsibilities : 1 Knowledge on all Windows server features and roles 2 Managing VMs and supporting azure hosted services 3 Experience on working incidents, service requests and changes 4 Experience in creating SOPs and Runbooks 5 Identify RCA for re-occurring issues 6 Document RCA for P1 and Major Incidents 7 Experience working as team player, should work collaboratively multiple technical teams 8 Should be able to prioritize and execute tasks, should be able to multitask
Technical Experience : Configure and manage Azure frontend and backend Load balancer Creation and management of Azure IAAS resources using ARM template and PowerShell scripts Troubleshooting VMs in case of VM non responsiveness and should have proper understanding of tools for troubleshooting Knowledge of Virtual machine scale set, creation and managing them on large scale Managing virtual Connection and creating them in case of new setup Managing the ExpressRoute circuits
Professional Attributes : Should be able to work in 24/7 Should have minimum experience of 36 months Should have good communication skills Should be ready to acquire new skills Should be Flexible to support
Educational Qualification : MS Azure Certification Windows server, Windows PowerShell, VM ware Understanding of ITIL
