Job Description : We are hiring for a Video animator /Motion Graphic designer with proven capabilities in graphic designing and Video Editing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing and editing videos, motion graphics and other creative dynamic content formats like GIFs, Video snippets, banners, etc. The candidate will be responsible for editing and assembling recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for social media and other platforms. The material may include but not restricted to footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects.Creating and delivering motion graphics for various mediaWorking with art and creative teams to select audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic designEditing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphicsStaying up to date on the latest graphic design techniquesCoordination with content team for monthly social media calendars (static posts, Videos, banner images, cover images, GIF s, Info graphics etc).Developing concepts, graphics, videos, layouts, templates, rough drafts, finals cuts, Case study and PPT designs etc. for owned company assets like Website, Blog etc.Take briefs to grasp production team s needs and specifications; Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film. Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects; Create rough and final cuts; Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process.Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry s best practices to maximize efficiency. Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.Desired Candidate ProfileKnowledge /experience in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator is a must; Experience in XD is a plus. Proven experience of working on editing software packages (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity familiarity with special effects, compositing; Experience in 3D is a plus.A strong understanding of global design and trends.
