Description
Your main responsibilities
Collect and review the detailed business specifications with internal customers and the Product Owners/Solution Definition Managers.
Based on high level business requirements, design and propose to Product Owners, Solution Definition Managers and Solution Architects solutions and alternative ways to manage the requirements based on the standard capabilities of BRIM platform, mainly CI module.
Knowledge of SAP ABAP and Integration with SAP Systems (RFC/WebServices)
Good Debugging Skills
Analyze the detailed impacts on existing processes end-to-end, from User Experience, Mediation, Billing till Data Analytics with the Functional Analysts on SOM and CC, and with the Business Analysts in BST team.
Analyze the detailed impacts on CI module including the standard developments done for OTC, using the standard capabilities as much as possible.
Define functional requirements for the CI solution part using standard CC capabilities whenever possible
Validate the detailed outcomes of the CI solution after the change with Product Owners, Solution Definition Managers, peer Business Analysts to ensure the integration of CI changes in the end-to-end process integration (Mediation, SOM, CC, SD).
Validate the detailed outcomes of the CI solution after the change with internal customers to ensure that the proposed solution meets their expectations.
Validate technical requirement from TPDS.
Knowledge of Complete cycle from BIT to Invoice creation (Both SD and FI-CA routes)
Support TPDS development team during the software implementation.
Implement and test solution customization/configuration in CI module
Execute end to end functional /regression/performance tests across BRIM components including own customization and software developments from TPDS.
Coordinate user acceptance tests with internal customers and Operations team.
Produce user documentation and educational materials to facilitate user understanding and adoption (internal customers and Operations).
Deliver the agreed solution on-time, within budget and according to specifications.
Propose enhancements to avoid failure and improve performance based on Operations improvement items.
Review and validate the integration of the fix proposal from the support team into the end-to-end process and consistency of the Billing Automation processes in CI.
Job Requirements
About the ideal candidate
Graduate/Post graduate with 5+ years’ Experience
Expert in SAP Convergent Invoicing standard configuration
Good knowledge on SAP BRIM capabilities, components’ integration end-to-end from Consumption Items (CIT) till the document distribution
Good knowledge in ways to automate recurrent users’ activities without needing to develop automation in CI (RPA)
Good knowledge in data analysis in standard tools (Excel Macros, VBA, Python) to support our analysis and measurements
Good knowledge in process design tools (ARIS Express, Visio, ARIS, …)
Ability to write the documentation that describes what the customer expects of an engineering system. The documentation typically describes what is needed by the system user as well as requested properties of inputs and outputs. Includes: specifications, user guides, High Level Design documents, interfaces documentation, configuration details.
Ability to think process wise, to design processes and improve processes.
Ability to:
Express ideas and opinions clearly, define messages and reach a common understanding of issues, addressing the audience effectively
Produce oral and written communications which are clear, fluent and concise
Hold the attention of others, both in a group and in one to one situations
Listen patiently and carefully to input and feedback
Deliver basic presentations (good level in Microsoft Power Point)
