As the Nike Consumer Direct Digital Marketing Manager, you are an expert in Digital Marketing, with a deep understanding of the consumer, their lifestyle, and how they shop both online and offline. You will deliver on Brand and Business objectives, connecting our members with the innovation, experiences and stories that position Nike as an industry leading sport and lifestyle brand. You are a team player and a go-getter, curious and eager to innovate, to test & fail and learn & evolve. You value the importance of data and consumer insights and appreciate the creative process. You understand marketing technology, the role of online to offline (O2O), direct-to-consumer channels, and you are always ready to be a thought partner and a thought leader, a digital evangelist and a consumer advocate.

This is a 6 month contract role.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting and driving the Nike.com & Nike App channel Marketing vision and strategies to transform our brand into the most sophisticated, athlete focused, digital brand in the world. You will bring best-in-class brand and commerce experiences to life for the consumer, working as part of an integrated Consumer Direct O2O Marketing team representing Australia & New Zealand.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON?

In this role you will be responsible for leading the NRC/NTC Marketing Specialist, focused on building and growing the territory’s digital ecosystem across .com, APPs & targeted communications, transforming Nike into the most sophisticated, athlete focused, digital brand in the world. You will bring best-in-class brand and commerce experiences to life for the consumer, working as part of an integrated Consumer Direct O2O Marketing team.

Serve as an integral member of the Consumer Direct Marketing team, Consumer Direct Digital Commerce team (NDDC), and overall Territory Marketing team to lead and implement an accelerated digital offense to establish Nike’s online to offline ecosystem (Nike.com/Nike App) as the pinnacle destination for everything Nike, inspiring Members to Join Us every dayLead, own, and drive the holistic Nike Direct Digital Marketing Vision, Strategy & Plan for the territory, delivering on brand, business, and member engagementIn partnership with the wider Membership Team, including Consumer Direct Stores Marketing (NSP + NVS), EMEA NDDC Business, Pacific NSP and NVS Business, Data Science, APLA Member Marketing, develop and execute marketing communication plans to promote Nike’s membership program, to drive acquisition of new Nike members, deepen engagement, increase retention and deliver against strategy and objectives for the Pacific MarketplaceLead the creation, localization and management of the 13-week Nike.com/Nike App daily engagement plan featuring priority product and brand storiesPartner with cross-channel and Consumer Direct Stores Marketing team to co-develop O2O marketing plans to enable connected journeys across the ecosystemAct as subject matter expert of the Nike.com & Nike App platform, providing deep knowledge of the digital capabilities to maximize the channel to elevate the consumer brand experience and drive member engagement and retention. Provide direction, guidance and development opportunities for the Activity App specialist while working closely with them to create a long term strategy as well as execute seasonal brand initiativesAct as an integrator and thought-leader between Marketing functions: Brand Management, Brand Creative, Integrated Media & Stores MarketingBe a brand advocate as a part of the business, partnering with all aspects of the business to design engaging end to end consumer journeysPartner with Geo and Global teams in the delivery/execution of new digital capabilities and innovative test and learn pilot programs for the territoryAssist in on boarding & building strategy for new commerce opportunities (from APLA, EMEA & Pacific) within the Nike Direct Digital portfolioIn partnership with the Pacific Insights team, understand and apply analytics to improve the way we communicate and connect with our consumers across all digital channels and stores environments.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH?

You will engage with a diverse team of colleagues across various countries as well as manage outside agencies and vendors.

You will serve as an integral member of the wider Integrated Marketplace Team (IMP), a core member of the Pacific Consumer Direct Marketing team (CDM), and work closely with the APLA Consumer Direct Digital Commerce team (NDDC), the EMEA NDDC team and the Pacific Marketing team to lead and implement an accelerated digital offense.

Key partners are the Pacific Nike Direct team & the Data Science team.

You will have a direct report and manage the NRC/NTC Marketing Specialist.
WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE?
