As an Offline Marketing & Operations Executive, you will:-
Develop and lead the implementation of channel specific offline marketing strategies and plans in line with each product vertical and company goals
Ability to manage partners and suppliers to negotiate the best terms
Comprehensive understanding of the company’s business strategies, competitive environment and industry trends to proactively anticipate business needs and develop appropriate objectives and strategies
Detail-oriented and organised when on boarding new partners; ensuring partners understand the process and are aware of all opportunities to make the most from their Fave experience
Build and maintain visibility of internal devices, POSM materials, and QR codes
Development and execution of generic POSMs (Point of Sales Materials) or promotional related.
Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
Evaluation of programs and activities and carry out improvements as required
Perform category analysis and data analytics to identify gaps, development opportunities in the products and brand portfolio
Track, research and study market and competitive trends including analyzing current marketing tactics, concepts and activities of competitors to give the Company a competitive edge
Own and drive marketing budget responsibility and secure maximum utilization
Driving ROI knowledge and sound marketing investment principles
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:-
1 year experience in a marketing role or relevant
Able to generate innovative ideas
Outspoken and confident
Able to work well cross functionally and influence others beyond reporting lines
Pay strong attention to details and able to produce top notch work independently
Good initiative and able to work with a sense of urgency and precision
Strong business acumen and commercial sense
Mature attitude with a capability to discuss business issues
Strong project management skills
Candidate should have (Trade) Marketing affinity: enjoys storytelling and is passionate for building brands and concepts
Excellent communication skills (written and presentation)
